This is a clever little website I’ve been using myself for the last two weeks. Just enter what you’ve got and it’ll give you a list of recipes! With the limited range of food I’m currently allowed to eat, this website has helped me change it up a little every now and then.
Do your friends borrow your stuff and take their sweet time getting things back to you? Do you never remember who borrowed what?
Take a picture of your friends with the items they’re taking. You could even go further and set that picture as their contact picture until the item is returned. (PS.: you don’t necessarily need an iPhone for that

Now, don’t get me wrong. A decent dictionary and thesaurus are a must (personally, I use the Oxford editions) but sometimes when writing a paper – or even your thesis/dissertation – you can get stuck.
It happens to me frequently, as I think in two languages at once and every now and then, my brain freezes and I can’t think of the word in either language. So I paraphrase, or describe what I want to say.
This website lets you do just that but then also gives you the word instead of leaving you with an awkwardly paraphrased sentence.
