If We Were Having Coffee… On June 5

Hello, my lovelies!

I know it has been rather quiet on Study.Read.Write. recently. After the aborted A-Z Challenge, I had to focus on my studies and getting my other blog, Literati Girl, off the ground.

If we were having coffee today, I’d tell you that I am happy to say I have handed in all my assignments, and no it’s just my M.A. thesis between me and graduation!

If We Were Having Coffee… On April 24

Hello, my lovelies!

How are you today? Welcome to this week’s Weekend Coffee Share! As you can see, this week’s been pretty sparse on this blog. I think it’s fair to say that I had to give up on the A to Z Challenge for Study.Read.Write. I’m still going on Literati Girl, though and still catching up – as of right now I’ve got 3 reviews to go to be up-to-date.

If we were having coffee, we’d sit inside with a hot beverage. On Thursday we had 19°C here; it just started snowing today. The weather is so changeable, it’s not fun anymore.

If We Were Having Coffee… On April 9

Hello my lovelies!

How are you today? Welcome to this week’s Weekend Coffee Share! How has your week been?

If we were having coffee today, we’d have met up early to drive to Essen together. We’d have got coffee on the way and gone in my car while listening to Neil Gaiman’s The Graveyard Book on the car stereo. This particular version is narrated by Sir Derek Jacobi and features the voice of Andrew Scott as Jack Frost. It’s a really good production!

Why are we going to Essen, you might wonder. Today I’m part of a guided tour around UNESCO World Heritage Site and former coal mining complex Zeche Zollverein. The tour is for hobby photographers and gives access to some places that are not open to the general public. The industrial complex covers an area of 100ha.

Hello my lovelies!

How are you today? Welcome to this week’s Weekend Coffee Share! It’s nice to see you again!

I know this blog has been so quiet lately. Well, that’s about to change. I’ve signed up for the A-Z Challenge, not only with Study.Read.Write. but also with my new bookish blog Literati Girl. The Theme Reveal is on Monday, March 21.

If We Were Having Coffee… On March 12

Hello my lovelies!

How are you doing today? It’s nice to see you for our Weekend Coffee Share. Have you noticed anything different here? Study.Read.Write now has it’s own, fancy dotcom domain!

We’re all readers here, right? How about we meet at my local library for their Annual Book Market and then go and grab a coffee at one of the cafés in town?

Sounds good, right? I’ve got loads to tell you, so we’d better find a place with unlimited coffee supply.

If We Were Having Coffee… On February 27

Hello my lovelies!

Welcome to this week’s Weekend Coffee Share! I’m so sorry to have missed two weeks of coffee dates, but I’m here now and can’t wait to see you again!

Well, let’s start with the two weekends I missed, shall we? Sit down, I’ll make us coffee, tea or my newest experiment: Golden Milk with turmeric and ginger.
