The Friday 56 is a blog hop by Freda’s Voice and the rules are simple:
- Turn to the nearest book.
- Open it on page 56.
- Post a sentence or two.
- Join the linky.
- Go crazy on the linky.
An orange light bounces across my screen, and before he says the word, I know he’s going to ask for a book right in the middle of aisle two. It’s going to be – “Prokhorov,” Imbert wheezes, “Prokhorov must be next.” Halfway up the ladder, I feel dizzy. What’s going on? No daredevil maneuvers this time; it’s all I can do to keep my balance as I pull slim, black-bound PROKHOROV off the shelf.

Sounds like a good one.
Why haven’t I picked this one up, it sounds perfect for any bookworm! Hope you enjoy and have a great weekend.
I started reading this and then didn’t get back to it. I need to remedy that as it sounds right up my alley.

I haven’t heard of this one before, but it sounds really good.
You had me with the title. Anything ‘bookstore’ would have me picking up the book!
The cover is so busy it makes my eyes go crazy but I liked the snippet. I want to know more. Happy Friday!
