Hello ROWers.
It’s just a quick update from me, because I’m really not feeling well.
The whole day I’ve been fighting with headaches, dizziness and nausea, and haven’t really been on the computer.
That means I didn’t finish my uni assignments, I couldn’t concentrate and crawled back into bed instead. I have an inkling that this might be due to this new diet and the shake I have to drink – the taste and texture of nutrition shakes are hard for me to swallow at the best of times, but today I struggled for an hour just to down a glass of it for breakfast.
I hate being sick and I haven’t been ill in a long time, but it’s possible the weather changes, diet changes and stress have finally caught up with me properly.
