I love it when customers and/or staff at book stores and libraries have fun with books and their displays.
This is one I found on Pinterest, and it made me laugh out loud:

It’s always hard to say goodbye to characters you’ve grown to love. While some authors like J.K. Rowling cry when they kill of a beloved character, others seem to take a perverse kind of glee in killing off as many as possible. George R.R. Martin is generally considered one of the worst when it comes to thinning out the cast.
Just like actor Sean Bean (who played Eddard Stark in the TV show Game of Thrones) is a walking spoiler (i.e. his character IS going to die a very imaginative way, no matter who he plays), the name George R.R. Martin on the cover means that whatever you do, you should NOT get attached to any character, major or minor, in the book. Chances are that they won’t survive the next 20 pages.
ha! good one. thanks for sharing.
